Please check the connection to Acronis License Server

I recently installed build 11.5.38573 of my Acronis Backup Advanced software. This claims to be Version 11.5 update 3. It has been running less than a month and spawned several intermittent error messages. The latest is "Please check the connection to Acronis License Server. This is a standalone installation. I do not see any services or installed references to an Acronis License Server. My backups appear to be running, so I am confused as to why I receive these messages. Is this even relevant to my use? How can I permanently rid myself of messages that have no remedy or effect? I am about ready to scrap Acronis an go to some other product. Backup software should just run on a dependable and unobtrusive basis.

Are these messages in logs or alerts on the alerts (and welcome) pages ? Error in logs are the same in advanced and standalone editions, if upgrade license is used, may be logged on mms service startup. Alerts should have different text depending on edition, it's hard to say why the appeared at all.
