remote backup between a 10/10 office to ADSL/Cable at home

Thread needs solution

Dear,

I have been using Acronis Backup since our tech seems to trust the product since the SBS 2003 era. At the moment our data grows up very large and it becomes a pain to back it up for offsite purpose. My tech said there is an instruction about backing up Exchange via low bandwidth connection, is there any instruction to do the same on data? The idea is basically to stream the incremental or differential data over a normal ADSL bandwidth. Our office has a symmetrical 10/10 connection however my house would only have cable & ADSL at the fastest. I believe we have the version 11 or 11.5 advanced version installed and would like to try if it is possible to do so.

I look forward to your assistant.

Regards

CCJ

Hello Campbell Johnston,

Thank you for your posting! We would suggest the following: create full backup to the local drive and move it manually to the remote-location, next adjust the backup-plan settings so that all further incremental backups are wtitten to this archive.

Thank you,
