Remote Install of Acronis components fails with Failed to get information about remote machine

Having problems with 11.5, when trying to remotely install Acronis components getting the following error.

The client was a XP machine not Linux.

Previously had version 11.0.17440 installed, but tried on various PCs with the same outcome.
Used to work fine on previous version.
Currently unable to run backups on original management server , assume something to do with above problem.

Also tried on a test system with a fresh install and the same problem happens.

Have put a case on the Acronis system for this, but any more help would be welcomed.

Used version: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Build 32308

It happens if remote machine responds by SSH protocol on a port 22, and thus is detected as Linux box. Disabling port 22 in a firewall on a machine where AMS/management console is installed (depending whether you are installing in being connected to AMS or not) for ManagementServer.exe may help.

Thank you for your fast help. There is OpenSSH installed on that Windows Server, I've disabled Port 22 and the remote deployment is working...
Is there no chance in doing the OS recognition otherwise?

I have 2 customers which cannot remote install components. They get message:

I am having a similar issue when trying to add a machine to AMS. The suggestion you provided above sounds great, however I have 70 other machines that I was able to add without this issue, all created from the same image and part of the same domain and OU. Is there another reason this could be occurring?
