Shutdown backup on the necessary date (not everyday)

Hello.

Whether tell, please, it is possible to do in your program backup of important data at computer shutdown, but only on the necessary date?
Unfortunately I didn't see such opportunity - there is only an everyday backup at computer shutdown that me doesn't arrange.
Besides after connection to the domain the backup on a network resource (as from under the domain account, and the local administrator) at computer shutdown at all doesn't work, why?
