The Acronis web site offers upgrade pricing on BAR, but it does not mention what qualifies as a "Previous Version". Is there an upgrade path from TI to BAR Workstation?

Only from 'corporate' version of True Image, such as True Image 9.1 and 9.5 , but not from True Image Home (10, 11, 2009 and next year numbers)

That's disappointing. Been a TI user since 8.0, and bought every upgrade as it came out, so it would be nice to see loyalty rewarded. :/
