Create an ISO file, than use a tool called isotousb at www.isotousb.com or similar tool

Try and insert your USB key and ensure it's detected by the OS (if you like you can format the key)...

Load the Acronis Bootable Media Builder and follow the prompts and make the requird choices for your needs, when it comes to selecting the format/destination of the bootable media you should see the normal options of ISO, PXE..etc as well as your USB drive being in the list, select to use your USB key and Acronis will automatically make it bootable and ready to use for you :-)

Enjoy!

I didnt know that... there is no option for that on my system...~~!@#

Interesting David,

I'm not sure why it would not come up, I've just checked one of my USB keys I've made in the past and re-run the Bootable Media Builder wizard and it's still giving the option to create the bootable USB drive... (It comes up as what ever drive letter your USB key is with a type of "Removable Disk")

I've also included a screenshot of the Properties of the USB drive (however I also have some extra files on this device other than Acronis boot files so don't take much note of the used space as much)

There does not seem to be much listed in terms of limitations of USB in the AB11.5 manual but perhaps try another USB key or try and format your USB stick in FAT32 just to be sure... Also try and insert the USB key and make sure Windows detects it before you start the Bootable Media Builder although mine with the latest AB11.5 build does seem to refresh the list if I go back and forth between the screens now days which is good...

GOOD LUCK and hope it works out for you...
