ABR 11.5 - Cannot start job

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a strange issue with my installation of ABR11.5. All of sudden when I start a job, it does nothing.

My tech support tried to remove the license and reinsert it but now I can't reassign it with the error "The host ID of the connected machine is unexpected" and the worst of all, when i try to create a new job it remains stuck at "Deploying"

I thought about upgrading to 11.7 (which I can download from my products page on Acronis website) but I'm not sure that my license will be valid.

Can someone give me some advice?
