Acronis Backup 11.7 - Backupmail is not send

Thread needs solution

Hello,

a customer of ours usese Acronis Backup 11.7 - which is installed via Kaseya. For the Backupplan we configured the sending of Mails if the Backups is successful or fails. The Mails from Acronis wont be send though. Sending a test mail is always successful.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue are much appreciated.
