backup aborts with defective files

hello,

i will run an Backu pplan with Data Files. The Data are all 800 GB bige. Now there are many Datafiles wich are defect. The Backup plan aborts on thes files.
In the Backup options i used the opinion " faulty sectors ignore", but every time the Backup aborts on the files.
