Cannot log in or back up to cloud

Hi Trisha,

do I understand correctly that you don't see other threads in this forum section? What about other forum sections? Which browser is used? 
Does the problem reproduce in other browsers?

I cannot backup to cloud either. Once I upgraded to 12. 5 , backup crashes. Have a ticket on this since June 4th. Issue has not been resolved.

Me, exactly the same.

This product seems to have *several* bugs.  Acronis support is not fixing my backup issues.
