Can't set license to node?

Thread needs solution

My backup is failing due to not being able to find a license.  I look at the licenses and it says one free.  I choose the host but there is no way to connect the hostname to a license.

Hello Patty,

Please make sure, the free license is applicable for activation of the desired Agents. In the tab "Machine with agents" find an affected machine and check, what operating system is installed on the machine and what Agents. As far as I can see, you have 3x Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 for PC under the account. These licenses can only be used on Workstation operating systems and allow activation of an Agent for Windows.
