Change user option is grayed out and inactive after creating managed vault

After creating centralized managed vault in ABR 11.5 the Change user option is grayed out and inactive. I tried create managed vault on different places (NAS, shared folder) always the same behaviour (see attached screen). Any one could confirm this as bug?

'Change user' for managed vaults is disabled because it doesn't actually work on AMS - any credentials were accepted. It happens because AMS interacts with ASN using trust relationship created when ASN was added to AMS.
