Hi JeffreyM,

can you please clarify what kind of problems are you facing? Do you receive any error message?

Thank you,

The pop up error is "Access Denied" and "File used by another Process"

The later is the most confusing as there is no other process using these files.  Very odd.

Hello JeffreyM,

Are you backing up files, that reside on network shares? In that case please note that shares are backed up as files/folders. File-level backup means that snapshot is not created and files in use will not be backed up. For more information please refer to the following article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/2954

Please also note, that files marked as "downloaded from the internet or from another computer" will be considered "in use" too. You could unlock these files as follows: http://woshub.com/how-to-disable-open-file-security-warnings-in-windows…

Thank you,

Hi. Yes, it's a pretty common issue with all of the Adobe online products, as far as I know. Have actually no clue why it happens exactly that way and with these applications only, but it is. I figured out that everything comes back to normal if to split the PDF file into several ones with this tool https://www.altosplitpdf.com/ And after all, they back up as they suppose to. I find this solution as not the most obvious for sure, but it works so whatever
