Image mount failed - no drive letter available

Hi @all,

system configuration:
Windows Server 2008 R2
Acronis Backup&Recovery 11.5 Agent für ESX(i) (build 11.5.32308)

We can not mount any Image because there a no drive letter available. We have only drive letter C: to F: in use.

What can we do?

Mount doesn't work if only Agent for ESX installed without Agent for Windows.
