Install 11.5 on Windows 10 fails
Moved my system today from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.
Update did not go well, so I did a fresh install and reloaded my programs. Everything reloaded except Acronis (see error below)
This error occurred during the Agent Core install. I am using version 11.5.43994
Anyone have a clue on the meaning of this error?
Thanks
Dan

This is also not a permissions issue.
No other program had an issue with installation.
Attached is the install log.
System is Dell Optiplex 7010 i5 16GB Memory 500GB SSD C Drive running Windows 10 pro
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello,
There are two known causes for this type of message -- one is the Workstation service you mentioned not running. The other is conflicts with older bits of other Acronis products (a bad uninstall, for example).
Since this is a fresh Windows install and not a rollback, this shouldn't be the cause unless you installed something else first.
I would suggest making sure that the Workstation service doesn't stop (like a crash, for example) during the installation. If it doesn't, my recommendation is to create a support ticket.

Finally working after running the abr cleanup, installing to the default location, and using the license server instead of manually adding the license.
