Not able to perfom a backup

Thread needs solution

Hello, i'm still not able to perform a backup even with the windows UAC i will puta the UAC image of the both servers
Acronis 43994
192.168.1.81-> this is the server that is suppose to be the AMS that i cannot add the other server
Acronis 32308
192.168.1.76-> the server i want to make a backup from it

I tried to did the back from the "managed a remote machine" but this is the log from the operation
says that it did the backup but in 1 second, for me that's too odd

Hello,

Could you please clarify the OS of the remote machine (192.168.1.76)? Also, what service account is used for the Acronis Managed Machine Service on this machine?

in the 192.168.1.76 machine is a windows 2008 r2 standard
and in the server Acronis Managed Machine Service is the account "Local Account"

i attached a screenshot for the services and for the other services of Acronis

You cannot run this service as a system local account. It must be a service user with the necessary rights.

thanks for the help, i did the changes in the services
i put a user in the groups admin and operators backup, and all the services i put it in the snapshot

then in the local security directive i put it the user "usracronis" in the directives
and when i tried to do a backup it says that the copy is succesfull but there is no archive or backup in the path that i give

and it's odd because says that the backup is done in a second.
can your help please, because i have the latest version of acronis 43994 in both ends because i installed the new core and windows agent in the server 192.168.1.76

i put it in the way that you said, the Acronis Scheduler2 Service is now running
under Local System, but i'm still no able to perform the backup

and my new doubt is that in both servers have to be created the same username, example
in the server in which i store the back, 192.168.1.81, the acronis services is in this way:

and in the server 192.168.1.76 i changed the Acronis Scheduler2 Service to Local System, but i'm getting the same error from the acronis logs, because it says to me, that the backup task is compleated immediatley like the logs posted before

can you help, please

Hello COS_AN,

As a woraround I would suggest re-installing the software and selecting a default Acronis account during installation, this account will have all necessary rights. If this is not an option, please create a support ticket for the deeper investigation.
