Recover backup from Centralized Vault Storage Node using bootable disk

We are trying to recover a backup from a Centralized Vault Storage Node location using a bootable disk for a client console that requires rebuilding. We can see the backups available to choose from Disk/Volumes through the Acronis bootable disk, but get a Failed error below. We have tried even exporting the backup from the Centralized Vault to another location on the network, but get the same error messages below.

Hello Christi,

can you please clarify which program build was used to create the archive? If it was a build newer than 32308, please create/download under your account and new bootable media and start the required operation anew.

The archive backup was created under Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Management Server (build 10.0.13762). The bootable disk version used for the recovery archive was 11.5. I was able to find out that if you use managed centralized vaults where the storage node is not located on the same box as the Manager Console, it basically will not work. I was told that managed centralized vaults do not interpret domains for the recovery process part. Therefore, this was why we were receiving the error messages reported identifying security user issues from pc to recover to where the backup was over the network. The backups work fine, but not when recovering an archive. We were able to recover an archive, but had to export the backup to another location and use the network pathway method as a shared drive to the local pc using the bootable media. What we are looking for are best practices to configure the backups / recoveries where the storage node locations reside on other servers over the network rather than a vault storage node from the Management Console Server. What's better to manage for both (backups/recovers) either unmanaged or managed vaults. Can you supply us with something to that affect?
