[RESOLVED] all Backups fail - Hyper-V

Thread needs solution

Win2008R2, ABR11.5 Buid 32266 Virtual Edition
All my backups fail with the following set of errors:

I have already tried a repair install of all B&R components, verified the license is not missing, modified and saved the existing tasks, created new tasks from scratch and selected System VSS in all the tasks' options. The errors persist in each backup, regardless which of 3 VMs I try to backup.
I couldn't find this exact combination of errors on the forum. Please help.

i have ABR11.5
i have windows server 2008 r3 as a host for 3 vm these vm's also win 2008 r2 , backup failed at 21% what ever i try if i choose all the 3 vm's or single vm or even a disk from any vm the error is the following :

Over all, it looks like you did not have the requiered number of licenses for backing up your virtual machines. Your testreport.txt files shows errors on each of your volumes. You can find additional information about Acronis Report Tool in this article of our knowledge base.

This has been resolved with the help of Acronis support.

The windows service "hyper-v-abbildverwaltungsdienst" or "hyper-v image management service" was not running on the hyper-v host. ABR needs this service to get access to the VM images. We started the service and ABR was able to backup via hyper-v directly.
