Cannot Update Web Console Agent

New issues:

Observation #1: Web Console AB12 v3689 wants to update my Agent for Windows to newer version (v3917).  Hit the update and it starts, but continues for ever.  Closed down after 15 minutes and did the "install" option by right clicking on the little icon.  Still waiting after 15 minutes.

Question #1:  Is this normal?

In case you use Cloud-based installation mode of Acronis Backup 12 there is a known issue that the agents update progress is not properly shown in web console, while the agent should be updated properly. In the other thread you mentioned that you have re-installed the product which I assume means that now you-re using local (on-premise) installation mode, where Acronis Management Server component is running locally and therefore the web console might've left some cache in browser from "Cloud-based" web console. The 3917 build is applicable to Cloud-based installation only, while 3689 build is for local (on-premise) installations only. In other words it's unclear what the problem is here in particular. From what I've checked Semyon from our support team is planning to perform a remote assistance session with you to figure out what the actual problem is. Please continue working with Semyon to resolve the problem.

I am using the Web-based AB12 application not the locally installed version.  The particulars are:

Web console service: v.12.0.3000

Backup management server: v.12.0.4854

Backup management console: v.12.0.7026
