Where to back up - Cloud - Can't log in.

Thread needs solution

When I set where to back up and select cloud, I am unable to log in (with correct information) and I get an error code: 1.

 

Access to the cloud storage is denied.

Access is denied.

Error code 1

 

EDIT: 

Access to the cloud storage is denied.

The credentials for the cloud storage are incorrect.

Error code 2060

Hi Sam,

The credentials used to access Acronis Cloud storage from Acronis Backup interface are the same as the ones you can use to log into Acronis account management portal: https://account.acronis.com/ , e.g. these might be not the same credentials as the ones you use to log into web console (unless you use cloud management). First of all make sure you're using the correct e-mail address for login and if this doesn't help then please contact our support team for assistance.
