AB 12.5 Advanced: BackupMonitor on Win 10 1709: "internal error"

Hi,

i have upgraded from Win7 to Win10 pro 1709 and then reinstalled Acronis Backup 12.5 advanced build 8850.

Now i get an error after starting Windows in the BackupMonitor systray pgroam: "internal error". The machine is reachable from the Server and i can perform backups, but the BackupMonitor doesn't "see" the backup running.

When i restart the "Acronis Remote Agent Service" the BackupMonitor function for a while (10 minutes) and then changes back to the error.

I don't use any cloud services, the management server and the clients are all local installations.

What can be done?

This looks like a bug tied to your environment. I would recommend going through support to get this investigated.
