Acronis Backup Plan Column Missing

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I recently upgraded from 11010 to 12730 and I can no longer view my backup plans column (see attached). I typically see this each time I do an upgrade so I would restart all the Acronis Services but that did not bring it back this time. 

My alerts are also no longer showing which backup plan which I assume is part of the same issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello Sam,

we regret to know that you've experienced these issues on the Management Server after updating to build #12730. We recommend that you collect Acronis System Report from the machine with Management Server and share it with Acronis Support Team so that they could investigate and fix the reported peculiarities.
