Hi Marc,

The Acronis Backup installer expects Linux kernel sources to be put into directory mentioned in the error text, and these sources are apparently missing after the kernel update, so the Acronis 'snapapi' module cannot be complied. Acronis Backup installer contains pre-compiled 'snapapi' modules for a list of most popular Linux kernels, and in case there is a different kernel, the modules sources need to be compiled on fly and that's where Linux kernel sources are required.

If you have difficulties finding/putting your kernel sources, please contact our support team for assistance along with https://kb.acronis.com/linuxreport captured from affected system.

Thank you.
