Cannot check the license due to a connection issue with the management server

Thread needs solution

Backup failed with "Cannot check the license due to a connection issue with the management server".

I used Acronis Backup 12.5

 

When I back up, the report shows:

Error code: 22

Module: 309

LineInfo: 0x8D165E86FB81959B

Fields: {“$module”:”agent_protection_addon_vsa64_7002″,”CommandID”:”D332948D-A7A9-4E07-B76C-253DCF6E17FB”}

Message: TOL: Failed to execute the command. Backup plan ‘AAVB’

welcome to Acronis forums!

First of all, please check whether the machine where Acronis Management Server is installed is accessible from the Acronis Agent which fails to start a backup. 

Please also make sure that a license is assigned to this Agent.

If all the above is OK, please also check that acronis_license_service.exe process is in Running state in Windows Task Manager.
