Cannot mount .tib created by version 11.7
After a rececnt update of Windows 10, my Acronis 11.7 broke down. Since I am entitled to 12.5, I installed that version. I have one big issue: i cannot mount .tib generated by my old 11.7 software. The option is absent in when rightclicking the file, and there is no clue as to where you can mount a tib in the software itself. Also when doubleckicking the tib in Windows Explorer, it says the file is empty.
I am clueless. Can anyone help (I searched through the forums and the help and there is nothing to be found)

In normal situation to mount volume actions are the following:
- double click the tib file
- drill down into desired backup
- Right click on the selected volume (e.g. C:)
- Click "Mount"
Double clicking the tib file is not working for you, can you provide screenshot with message about empty file?
Please, try to do the following:
- Reboot the machine if it is not rebooted after updating to 12.5
- If it does not help, start the installer again and click "Repair" button
- otherwise, please create support ticket and post its number here (to speed up the investigation).
Another solution that may be too inconvenient for you is to uninstall 12.5 and install it again.
