can't activate license?

I uninstalled 12, removed any Acronis folders, ran ccleaner to be sure it was clean, rebooted, and installed 12.5 on each of our 2 Windows 10 PCs, using downloaded AcronisBackupAdvanced_11.7_50064_en-US.exe .
I filled out all info, added our licenses which are in my account (one per PC) and then tapped ENABLED and APPLY. I keep getting the attached snapshot?? I keep getting this even after SYNCing each PC just fine to my Acronis account. See attached 2 snapshots.
What's happening here? I haven't even got started yet.

The problem is that Acronis is grabbing my short-term 12 Standard license and I can't activate my 12.5 Advanced license?

Hi, try to assign Advanced license forcibly. Go to Settings - Licenses, choose Acronis Backup Standard license tile, click on Qouta (workstation icon) and drill-down to the list of assigned machines. Choose the machine and click Revoke.
After that, go back and select Acronis Backup Advanced product tile, click on qouta (workstation icon), click Assign button, select necessary machine, click Done. Advanced license is assigned.
