Certificate error when installing Acronis Backup Agent
We're running Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5. The Management Server is running on a Windows 2016 Server.
We are trying to backup different Clients, based on different Systems. A few of them are Windows XP Pro Clients. We cannot update them, cause they are Control Clients of NC production machines.
Most of the installations are running without Problems. But on a couple of machines, it doesn't work, an certificate error occures.
I found this KB article, but it doesn't work.

Any ideas, how I can solve this problem?

Hi Vasily,
that sounds good.
The KB doesn't work.
I opened a ticket at Acronis Support, but they can't help me at all.
So I hope, the Hotfix will be published soon and that it will help me with this Problem.

Currently there are no automatic notifications about the updates available (we're adding the in-product notifications in Update 2 later this year), so I'll update this thread once the update is out. You can subscribe for notifications for this thread (should be already enabled by default).
