Download "Undefined Bit Installer"

I attempted to add an old server (Windows Server 2003 32-bit) and the Management Console provided a link to download an "undefined bit installer" .  This network is not internet-connected and I could not determine the required URL to download.  Is there a way to manually download this required installer or an alternate method to install?
