"failed to send data"

Thread needs solution

Does anyone have any idea why I get "failed to send data". I have ran through several troubleshooting steps with Acronis support but they do not seem to be helping.

Hi Allan,

The issue is related to specifics of backend storage used when you configure backups to be sent to cloud, typically it's Acronis Storage Gateway set up on your service providers' side and connectivity to it from your location. In each case such problems should be treated separately to analyze the particular setup. I've tried to look for existing support cases, but probably they were submitted from some other e-mail address (not the one bind to your forum account). If you can share the case ID, I can take a closer look and advise further.
