How to clean dashboard from non-existing plans/backups

Thread needs solution

As the title says, i have data of deleted backup plans and deleted backups in my dashboard and can't get rid of it.

Is there a way to clean up or consolidate the dashboard.

I complete refresh/cleanup of the dashboard would be okay either, but I don't want to delete my machines, backups or backup plans.

Hi

  1. Stop Acronis Monitoring Service
    1. AcronisMonitoringService.PNG
  2. Rename or delete folder "C:\ProgramData\Acronis\MonitoringServer\am-database"
  3. Start Acronis Monitoring Service

Hi,

thanks for the fast response.

This resets the widgets and layouts but not it's data.

Hello Gerhard,

This might be a problem of the outdated data being stored on the AMS itself. Could you refresh the vaults from the agent that was doing these backups and then remove the database again?

Thank you!

If I understand you correct, I should do the following:

- go to Backups

- select backup location after backup location while

- checking the agent to browse from to be the same where the old data comes from while

- clicking on every backup, then "show backups" and then refresh?

After this i shall stop the monitoring and delete the am-database as mentioned above.

At least i have done so with the same result. Old data is still being displayed. I have attached 3 screenshots showing the problem for my videos backup.

I have 5 different tasks for videos

The dashboard shows the double amount of size for the videos backup.

Current free space is correct.
