Hello Sergey,

welcome to Acronis forums!

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It shows that you can select different recovery points for restoration. These points are incremental backups. In Acronis Backup 12.5 the Version 12 backup format is used in most cases. All incremental backup slices are added to the same .tibx file within this new format, so no separate files are generated. That is why you do not see these incremental backups as individual files but see them as recovery points.

Thank you for the answer. Perhaps I did not correctly ask my question in English.

I'll try to ask a question in other words:

In the management console, you can see backups that are not really there. It is unknown who from previous administrators accidentally deleted the contents of the Backups directory. Somewhere in the settings of Acronis Backup (perhaps in its mssql database) there is information about these remote backups. And now in the acronis there are records of non-existing backups.

Problem - I cannot delete information about these non-existing backups. I shot a short movie ( you cat download it from http://ge.tt/6skPsWw2  )

Hello Sergey.

Could you please open "Show backups" (above "Details") for a backup location that you selected in your movie and share its screenshot? I will also need that you share an activity log for this action (backup deletion in the selected backup location).

However, I suppose that you need to open a case with Acronis Support Team to investigate this issue with archive inconsistency.

Hi. See attachment.

correct statement: archive does not exist. file directory was physically deleted.

Hello Sergey.

You should not have typed in "Deleting archives" in "Device name" window. Please select the required activity manually by looking through the full list by activity name starting with "Deleting archives..", its date and location name "RDSH2".
