HP DL380 Gen10- Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced- Restotre Error : inaccessible bootable device

Thread needs solution

Hi,

we are able to restore our production server backup as hyper-V with out any problem.

But unable to restore backup from Dell Power Edge R720 -to HP DL380 / 360 Gen10 with UEFI as physical machine.

We have tried Volume restore , Disk to Disk ,Applied universal restore through Linux Boot Media, Win PE mode.

Disabled AHCI in Bios Option , Boot order - Windows Boot Manager , bootrec.exe /fixmbr commands .

Error : Blue Screen  - inaccessible bootable device 

Please let me know if any one know how to sort this issue.

We regret to know that you encountered this post-restore bootability failure. Any restoration issue with BSoD should be investigated by Acronis Support engineers. The BSoD you received is BSOD 0x7B one. Please follow this KB article, collect the list of diagnostic logs (see the table in Collecting information chapter), share them with the engineer who works on your case in order to investigate this issue.
