No system settings displayed as organization administrator

Thread needs solution

I recently updated Acronis Backup (Advanced) Management Server / Storage Node etc. from 11.7 to 12.5 (7970). The update run just fine.

But when I now access the Web-UI and navigate to "Settings" --> "System setting" there is just an empty list. No settings are displayed at all. And also no error message is shown from acronis.

I then checked the network-request via integrated web-dev tool in firefox. The only thing I can see, which might have something to do with it is a failed request (code 500) to the following URL:

http://[Management-Server-DNS]:9877/api/ams/settings/email_notification

I noticed, that the request is sent five times.

I check wheter I am in the Organization Administrators group resp. I added my domain user as an organization administrator. So i guess this can't be the problem.
I did not configured any additional units. So the "default" organziation is the only level.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions :)

Best regards

Hi,

I've looked through our request tracking system and was unable to find any similar issues - there are only specific issues where the DB of the management server could not be accessed after upgrade under certain conditions, but not just "system settings". The URL referred to in your post is a part of RestAPI call to management server which couldn't get through for whatever reasons. You should contact our support team for assistance with the issue as we'll need to analyse the log files from the management server first of all.

Thank you.
