Refund for Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced Workstation Subscription License

Thread needs solution

I cannot find a customer support e-mail for the Subscription Licenses. ACRONIS was the BEST backup software ever then this lockdown of the software started along with the web interface (12 was BAD, 12.5 is better), the NON-SYNC version (12.5 Standard Workstation) works great), what is going on. Please just give me a contact for a refund request?
