Start the Backup Management Console

Thread needs solution

Since installing Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 4, we have no access to the Backup Management Console. When logging in, it indicates that the data is being loaded. After a short while, the login window will reappear without opening the dashboard.

Is there a known problem or what can this behavior be?

Previously we had Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 3 installed.

there have been reported similar issues.

Could you please collect Acronis System Information from the machine with AMS (Management Server) with the help of AcronisInfo utility since the Backup Console is unavailable? Please share this report with Acronis Support Team .

our engineers are working on fixing this issue. The fix will be released as a patch, and it will be announced here on the forum.

Try to repair the Acronis installation. In my case it helped.

We have repaired the installation and now the version 12.5.1.13160 64-bit installed.

Unfortunately, the problem persists and we can not connect to the management console.

Hello Michael.

Please make sure that you've updated Acronis Agents as well as the Management Console to the build #13160.

If all Acronis Backup 12.5 components are updated but the problem still persists, please collect Acronis System Report and share it with Acronis Support Team for further investigation.

Our management has decided in the meantime to reinstall the backup software.
