Tray Icon Present but Fails to Work

Here's an interesting error:
The Acronis Backup for Workstation v12 is present in the Windows 7 (64-bit) tray, but when you try to open the console, you get an "An Internal Error has occurred" response and that's it (see picture attachment). If I use the standard icon the program installs, everything works fine...no errors at all. Yes I checked to see if the Tray icon executable is enabled and running which is is according to both the registry editor and the msconfig.exe tools.
Seems to be some kind of disruption in the link between the full program's consol and that Tray icon file.
Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Fedor,
Thanks for getting back. I had to do a mirror on the C:\drive and for some reason, now the Tray Icon is functional again! I do not know what really changed. Something did.
Current AB12 version numbers are:
Web console service: v.12.0.2607
Backup management server: v.12.0.3622
Backup management console: v.12.0.6081

Sorry, it looks like this known error occurs only in Acronis Backup Cloud, not in on-premise Acronis Backup 12. So if it repeats on your installation, it will require separate investigation. What did you mean 'do a mirror on c:\' ?

Hi Fedor,
By mirror, I mean a full disk restore to an earlier time which is comprised of 2 volumes on the C drive.
