Troubleshooting Virtual Appliance Logs

Hi all,

We are running Acronis Backup 12.5 Standard Virtual Host.

Two ESXi Servers (6.0) with one vCenter Server. Acronis Agent virtual appliance is deployed on each of the ESXi hosts. 

Last day I noticed that the Backup did not start as per the schedule, for all VMs which are assigned to one of the Agents. See the screenshot below. Is there any way by which I can check what is really happening with the Agent?

collect system info from this agent , check
\var\lib\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\mms.0.log and other mms.##.log.gz files )

are there lines containing Starting backup plan '{guid}' for the planned start time?
