UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP /Kb Microsoft

Thread needs solution

Da qualche settimana, successivamente all'installazione delle KB 4506998 e KB 4507469 di Microsoft, o anche all'aggiornamento alla versione 1903 di Windows Pro 64bit, continuo a ricevere i BSOD con UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP ogni qualvolta viene eseguito il backup con Acronis su unità esterna USB 3.0.

Ho provato ad aggiornato tutti i driver senza successo.

Quasi ogni giorno eseguo un rollback disintstalla le 2 Kb icriminate e volevo quindi sare se c'è qualche soluzione.

Since a few weeks, after installing the KB 4506998 and KB 4507469 from Microsoft, or even updating to the 1903 version of Windows Pro 64bit, I continue to receive BSODs with UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP whenever I back up with Acronis on external USB 3.0 drive.

I have tried updating all the drivers without success.

Almost every day I roll back to uninstall the 2 KBs and I wanted to be there if there is any solution.

Please download and install KB4025342 (OS Build 15063.483) update as instructed in the respective Acronis KB article.

unfortunately the download is no longer available as you can see here: https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4025342
Also the version of ABR is 12.5 (latest build) and not 11.7 as in the Acronis KB article.

Hello Gioacchino.

We have not encountered yet this error in Acronis Backup 12.5, that is why I suggested you applying solution for the previous version.

Since there is no ready solution available, I recommend that you open a case with Acronis Support Team to investigate this BSOD. Please collect system dump files and Acronis System Information after reproducing this OS crash.
