We can not find the plan

Thread needs solution

 

Hello,

 we have got a problem with the plan which we can see in activities but the plan still cycles, even if it's already deleted and we can not find it anywhere else. We tried to remove the agent from the server and the plan has disappeared but once it was installed, its activity can be seen again. 

Where can we find and delete the plan?

Hi,

You can use Acronis Scheduler Manager to list all existing tasks and delete the unwanted ones. You can also remove all entries by issuing the command task zap.  

If you want to retain the working plans, use export/import functionality

thank you for previous message. I exported plans and than I removed them with Acronis Scheduler Manager. There is no plan after importing.The plan is still showing me

I canceled this procedure and you can see error messeage in attachment of this email.

 

Can you tell me, where can I find and delete this plan?

Hi Jiri,

This is a known issue, please follow Acronis Backup 12.5: "An activity with ID = '...' cannot be found" error to get rid of the hanging activities.

Hello,

I cannot cancel activity by https://kb.acronis.com/content/60653 process while Acronis task is frozen. It is removed from activities, but there is still frozen entry in computers on the server. Restart of services is not possible and ended with an error message. It is only one solution – restart of the server, but it is not a good option. Can you help me, please?

if Acronis services cannot be restarted correctly, it's worth checking if there is any indication of a service crash. Follow instructions from the article https://kb.acronis.com/content/45631 If you find the events with the ID 1000 related to Acronis services, contact the support team, so that our engineers can investigate the issue.
