Windows Server 2019 support

Thread needs solution

Hello altogether,

we are currently planning the upgrade of our servers (one physical, 4 virtual) from Windows Server 2012R2 to Windows Server 2019.

It seems as if currently WIndows Server 2019 is not supported.

Can anyone give me a roadmap of 2019 support?

Thanks in advance

S.

It seems the Acronis website stated that Windows 2019 is supported.

Thanks for the information but this is only valid for physical servers and as mentioned I have virtual ones with Hyper-V.

If you make the screenshot a bit more down to see more details you see : 2019 is missing in the hypervisor section.

So in my uinderstanding, currently there is NO support for virtual 2019 server.

Hi,

Hyper-V on Windows Server 2019 will be supported in the upcoming Update 4 for Acronis Backup 12.5 which we plan to release in the end of Feb. 2019.

Thank you.

Hi Vasily,

thanks for the information.

Sounds good, as the upgrade is planned in Q3/Q4-2019

Regards
Sven
