Hi,

anyone got this message when initial seeding starts?

An error has occurred: Failed to resolve the storage: ('BadCredentials', 'Invalid token')

As far as I understand, you receive an error message when the initial seeding starts. To be 100% sure we need to know whether you receive the error upon the Initial Seeding (or currently called Physical Data Shipping) backup starts in the console or you receive the error when you try to use the IS tool .

Please open a support ticket with us by sending the following details to the address mspsupport@acronis.com so that we can take a look and suggest on resolution:

 

- Affected backup login / machine name;

- Exact steps how you reproduce the issue;

- If the IS tool is giving the error, please attach the logs from ProgramData/Acronis/*/InitialSeedingTool/Logs 

 

We will assist you further within the ticket and get this resolved.
