[RESOLVED] Change notification adres for backup logfiles

We have found out that the contact email adres that you use during the initial configuration of an account cannot be changed afterwards. Yes, there is an option for contact information where you can change the email adres but the e-mail notifications wether an backup has been succsfull or not will still be sent to the initially configurated email adres.
Is there anybody who knows how to change this the right way? Would be a great help to us.

Thank you for updating this ticket.
I have changed the contact information like you told me, but i do not get a confirmation screen where i get a warning about the confirmation.
Is there something i am missing? Or am i maybe looking at the wrong contact information?

Hi CS,
I see. Just to make sure, in the Account management console you should select the Administrators/Accounts pane, then select the user and browse to it's personal settings where you change the email.
If this does not prompt you for the confirmation via email, please submit a support ticket to investigate the issue.

Hello Dmitry,
When double clicking on the current contact information we do get a screen where we can change this information.
And it does also ask for confirmation, so this problem is solved! Thankyou.
