i performed the upgrade from 10273 to 11133.

after reboot i got a BSOD.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
0x…OA (0x0…138, 0x0…2, 0x0…0, 0xFFFFF80003268DCC).

i could revive the system by installing a restore point.

This is Win7 64bit.

Please help.
