ABR 10 Advanced - Cannot check the license key.
Cant clear this error. I have tried every single "Fix" on the Acronis site and none of them work.
- I do not have a connection problem I can connect to the remote agent from AMS.
- I do not have a "MAC" issue, all are listed correctly in the License Manager.
- I do not have a License issue I have 16 Dedup and 16 Advanced licenses available.
- I do not have a version issue, AMS, and the remote agents match.
- I can right click on the servers with this issue from AMS and do the "change license dance", looks like it works but it doesn't
- I can actually do backups just fine, well for 30 days I suspect ...
If anybody can assist I would really appreciate it. Their are some articles for this general problem that I'm denied access to? I was wondering if I can get access ... or do they say something like ... go buy backup exec???
