(!) ABR Adv. Workstation 11.0.17440 - AMS service not working

Greetings everyone!

After some weeks i tried to open our Acronis Management Server but it didn't work. I'm trying to fix that problem since 1 week with no success.

System: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (VMWare Machine) with latest Windows Updates installed (german)
Version: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation 11.0.17440
Error: Look at the attached screenshot.

- Repair, Uninstall, Reinstall didn't work. During the uninstall task i removed everything (registry and folders) from Acronis.
- When i start the AMS service it closes after some seconds. It doesn't stay in "started" mode.
- The file path to ManagementServer.exe is correct and the file is in the folder.

As far as i know 17440 is the latest build of ABR 11 Adv. Workstation. Is that correct?
