ABR10 Advanced Server for Linux and disappearing tasks

Thread needs solution

I've got a problem with build 11639 of ABR10 Advanced Server for Linux (ITALIAN) running on a Linux Centos 5.4 server.
After a while that I created a new task, it disappears without any advice...

The acronis log is full of "Managed entity my.server.name is going to be removed" (0xB50303) and "Managed entity my.server.name has been created" (0xB50301) entries.

I already got this issue with the previous release 11345 (but not with the advanced version..), and someone there at acronis told me to uninstall the whole software, delete some acronis releated directories, and then, reinstall ABR again.. Unfortunately this didn't work this time.

Here's what I did without luck:
# service acronis_mms stop
# service acronis_agent stop
# service acronis_schedule stop
# modprobe -r snapapi26
# /usr/lib/Acronis/BackupAndRecovery/uninstall/uninstall
... wait until the setup finishes ...
# rm -rf /usr/lib/Acronis
# rm -rf /var/lib/Acronis
# rm -rf /etc/Acronis
# rm -rf ~/.Acronis

I made a search through the whole filesystem to see if there was something like *Acronis*, *Backup*, *Recovery* (insensitive match of course..), everything seemed to be clean.. and then reinstalled the software again... but the problem was still there...

How to troubleshoot this issue??

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is hard to identify the exact cause of the problem. Could you please gather the following data: 

  1. Acronis Info from the machine where Management Console is installed
  2. From the target machine: 
    a) logs from var\lib\Acronis
    b) Linux System Report
