ABR10 UR Bootable Media ISO Download

Thread needs solution

I have downloaded and burned the supposed ABR10 Workstation Universal Restore Upgrade build 11345 iso file that is listed under the "My Products & Downloads" section of the "My Account" page.

However, booting from the resulting CD and checking the Help>About menu, UR is not listed or mentioned. I've read in other threads on the subject that UR should be listed there if the UR component has indeed been included and burned. That UR is missing from the CD is also confirmed by going through the Restore steps; in other words a UR section does not appear when selecting to restore a disk's or volume's system partition; in this instance a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit system partition.

I'm guessing either the bootable media isn't supporting Win7 64-bit UR or the ISO download on the My Account page of the Acronis website is just the regular ABR10 boot media WITHOUT UR.

Can someone from Acronis verify that the posted iso download link is, in fact, correct or otherwise advise what the problem is with this continuing grossly bug-ridden ABR10 "release"?

At least the Dec release of the iso file boots; the previous one for 11345 wouldn't boot properly, hanging at some now-forgotten arcane screen or other. Unfortunately, and seemingly par for the course for ABR10, the built-in media builder is still worthless and continues to burn coasters. If I could just get the stupid downloadable iso version of UR boot media working "as advertised" I will count myself fortunate in having pretty much put to rest the last major issue out of the many I've encountered with this half-a$$ed retail-beta release.

Has anyone downloaded the ABR10 Workstation bootable media with Universal Restore ISO file from their Acronis account page and successfully created a bootable Universal Restore cd from it, where the UR section is confirmed to be present upon using the Restore function?

This thread can be closed. The problem is not especially with the Acronis B&R10 product. The problem is that, in order for B&R10 to recognize the system partition and subsequently provide the AUR option under the Recovery function, on the Lenovo T400 laptop (as well as other Lenovo products, I believe) the hidden "system_drv" partition must be selected to be backed up along with the main Windows partition (e.g. Drive C:), at least for the initial full backup. The system_drv partition can later be de-selected for restoration/recovery (in other words it doesn't have to be selected for recovery) but it has to be included in the initial full backup.

Thanks to Anton for posting the article about AUR in another thread that lead to me to my solution.
