ABR11 AmsWebServer service can not start

As the title says, I have installed ABR11 trial.

I am trying to fire up the AmsWebServer with no success.

Not from cmd line and not from services.msc.

*trying to use either domain administrator credentials or local system - gives the same error.

This causes that I can not manually install the agents on computers, and I need this running.

Please advise,
