ABR11 - Bootable media Winpe 3.0 restore from tape

hi Acronis support and readers,

recently got a prob with Acronis 11 Advanced Server, explained below

Scenario:
hp dl360 g5, pcie lsi scsi, hp lto 4 standalone tape drive, 2TB san, OS: win2003 ent sp2 64-bit.

Backup job 1 will backup OS and d:\ partition to 2TB san disk as TIB file. When completed, manual submit Backup job 2 will backup this Archive.TIB with 950GB size to tape, backup successful.
Recently backup span over to 2 lto4 tapes in 1 backup session.
When 1st tape is full it will request a 2nd tape, click Ok, it continue to run and backup is successful.

Problem encountered:
1.Restore using winpe3.0 Acronis11 bootable media to a test environment.
Acronis11 "completed" doing rescan the 1st backup tape and didnt prompt for 2nd tape. When do recover, in archive there is no image to select. When checking at the active job, even rescan is 100% completed, the timing still continue to run, it seems the job is hang or didnt realy complete.

2.Tried Linux based Acronis11 bootable media, rescan operation completed, when scan 1st is completed, it prompt for 2nd tape and the operation completed. When restore, the backup Archive.TIB is visible.
However, the SAN disk is not detected.

Before upgrade, when using ABR 10 Advanced server, it can detect SAN disk when loaded in Acronis 10 Linux Bootable Media.

Question 1:
How do 1 solve prob 1, why was the scan operation not completed when running in winpe3.0 but with all the same setup and same backup tape Acronis 11 Linux Bootable Media was able to complete?

Question 2:
Why is Acronis 10 Linux Bootable Media able to detect SAN storage disk in multipath setting but not Acronis 11 Linux Bootable Media?
