ABR11 connection to PC for license management error

Thread needs solution

I am attempting to connect to a domain-based Win7 PC to manage its license and am receiving the following error from the management console:

Module: trueimg_remote_full_us
Message: failed to establish connection.
Event code: 0x00ad0003 (this isn't found in the kb)

I can otherwise ping the PC, UAC has been disabled and TCP ports 445 and 25001 have been enabled for remote hosts. When I attempt to install components to the PC it is seen and no components are identified as having been installed (which is true).

If I'm doing something wrong, is there somewhere else in the management console to identify what devices have licenses and if we have any available?

I am new to using ABR and any assistance would be highly appreciated.
